神的名字
在聖經�，我們看見 神採取主動向人啟示祂自己。當神向一個人啟示祂自己的時候，人常常會給神一個新的名字，或用一種新的方式去描述神。對希伯來人而言，一個人的名字是代表了他的性格、或描述了這個人的本性。因此，聖經中的人物經歷過神之後，隨後我們總會發現記載了神新的名字或稱號。要按著神的名字認識祂，必須有與神同在的個人經歷。聖經中神的名字、稱號和對神的描述，表明了聖經中的人物如何親自認識神。聖經是神向人啟示祂自己的一種記錄，神的每一個名字是這啟示的一部分。

以下是我們的prayer request
1.為教會及我們身邊慕道，初信或已決志待受洗的弟兄姊妹禱告: Karen (Pearly的媽媽)9/5受洗, Lawrence, Clara (Katelyn的媽媽) 更多認識 神， 對 神的信心
2.周四晚上在牧師家的Wintneesing Ministry Team Leaders' Meeting , 求主保守我們的事工
3.為我們與家人的關係--夫妻之間，親子之間，手足之間...更重要的是與我們生命的源頭連結的關係來禱告
耶穌說：「我實在告訴你們，你們若不回轉，變成小孩子的樣式，斷不得進天國。 所以，凡自己謙卑像這小孩子的，他在天國裡就是最大的。 凡為我的名接待一個像這小孩子的，就是接待我。」 (馬太福音 18:1-5)
我和May為Daniel. Serena. Katelyn (豆豆).小Abby. Kate (立文). Abigale (立元). 外甥女鈺甄.欣玟的父母禱告，也特別為10/5待產的Karen還有在上海的Lili 祈禱
讓我們向小孩子們學習，擁有childlike but not childish faith
知道自己的不足，學習去依靠比自己更大的能力，因為我們的幫助是從造天地的耶和華而來 (詩121)
以往我們是個別為有負擔的對象/事項禱告，希望今後我們可以操練group pray
